All fares are due and are non-refundable during the 72-hour period leading up to the requested pickup time. A 50% credit will then be created to be applied to future travel with us. This will be in effect for the 180-day period continuing after any canceled paid ride within 72 hours of pickup. Airport pickups - Wait time Rate and Policy Rate: $45.00 per hour, prorated. Point to Point pricing will apply from your initial pickup address if this distance is exceeded on any stop. Errors and omissions: Failures to completely perform for reasons beyond our control will not dictate that a refund is due. In any case where a refund is due, it will be in the form of a credit for future rides, not to exceed $150, at our sole discretion. In circumstances where it is clear that the onus is completely on EmTranzz, a ten (10) business day period will be allowed for the refund to be made.
